From all at the Crescent Boat club, we wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
The CBC will be hosting a Holiday Craft Fair on Sunday, November 20th from 9:00am to 2:00pm. You will find crafters selling jewelery, baked goods and embroidered gifts. If you are a crafter and would like to participate in the sale, please contact Nicole Brandolino at 210-2122 or nbrand129@gmail.com. This is a great opportunity to sell holiday ornaments, wreaths, candles, etc. Each crafter will be asked to submit a $10 donation to the club for their table.
The Crescent Boat Club will also be selling breakfast food items from 8:30am to 11:00am. Featured this month are pancakes and sausage served with fruit, juice, eggs and home fries.
The Crescent Boat Club, located on the Mohawk River in the Town of Halfmoon, has decided to keep approximately 120 feet of their docks in the water to accommodate traveling boaters who will be able to use the Erie Canal when it is opened from November 26 thru December 8, 2011. As a family of boaters, we realized the importance of being able to stop on their journey during this special opening of the Canal.
The Crescent Boat Club is located between the Twin Bridges that carried I-87 Traffic and the Crescent Bridge to the east.
Facilities that will be available during this period will be dockage, with electrical connections (at a nominal fee), 89 octane gasoline, pump out capability, rest room and shower facilities, and members that can assist with local information.
Saturday, October 8th 7pm: A bunch of people from the club are going to the Haunted Hayride at the Double M Ranch off of exit 12 of the Northway! We did make reservations for 20 people, sign up sheet is also at the club – $21.00 per person which they say includes all 4 sections! Let us know if you want to go! Then to the club for cocktails later! We can increase the number of people attending! Should be fun!

The Crescent Kids Club will be sponsoring a CAR WASH on Sunday, June 12th starting at 12:30pm in the grassy area near the Sugar Shack. Cost for each vehicle will be $5.
If you are a member with children and would like for them to participate, please let me know. Be sure the kids are wearing their bathing suits…they will be getting wet! Buckets, sponges and car soap will be provided.
