Calendar Update – Boat Race Cancelled
From Ed Pearson…
The Boat Races planned for the 26th and 27th of June have been canceled due to unforeseen costs associated with the event. The Canal Permit anticipated to be $25 was $1300 to cover the cost of a Trooper boat that was needed to manage river traffic for the event. That equates to nearly $100 per hour. We had contacted Saratoga County Sheriff Jim Bowen for the second boat needed, no cost was associated with that request.

Cable Television
Cable Television will be available at the docks from May 15th through October 15th for the 2010 boating season.

The Boat Race has been rescheduled for June 26th & 27th.
The Mohawk Hudson Council will have a meeting at Crescent Boat Club on Tuesday, June 8th. Please contact Ted for more information.
