Mother’s Day is a very special day for all Mothers, especially those at the Crescent Boat Club. So special in fact that we honor all the Crescent Boat Mothers with a Mother’s Day Brunch. Of course we do the same thing for our Fathers, which is held on Father’s Day in June.
The menu’s breakfast items for the 2010 Mother’s Day Brunch include; pancakes, French toast, scrambled eggs, home fries, bacon, sausage, toast, bagels & cream cheese and Danish. Juices include orange, cranberry and tomato. There will also be tea and a fresh fruit platter.
Lunch items on the menu will be; Beef Stroganoff served with egg noodles, Seafood Alfredo (made with scallops, imitation crab and shrimp) and will be served over fettuccini. There will also be Chicken Marsala served with rice pilaf. Green beans and dinner rolls will round out the lunch items menu.
Assorted Desserts will be available to shore up this special yearly event at the Crescent Boat Club.
